With a flair of the modern, the Tree House Suite sits perched among the trees that surround the property and can function as a stand alone apartment with its partial kitchen.  With its separate living room overlooking the pool, kick back and enjoy the modern hip elegance of Merida. Guest Suite

Our Guest Suite is the only room that is found within the main house. This lovely spacious room overlooks the front garden, and comes with a large private terrace, where you can have breakfast while listening to the wild parrots next door, or enjoy our signature mescal cocktail at the end of your day. Luxury linens, Italian porcelain tiles in the bath add comfort and style to this room, and enjoy the privacy of the front garden through arched Spanish Colonial windows.

What are your cancellation policies?

  • No penalties if you cancel or make any change, 15 days prior to the date of your check-in. 

  • 1 day penalty if you cancel 14 days prior, or less, to the date of your check-in. 

  • $100 USD penalty in case you reduce the length of your stay 14 days prior, or less, to the date of your check-in. 

  • Full lodging penalty for a no-show on date of your check-in or if you cancel the same day of the arrival.

  • We are committed with providing you with an exceptional accommodation experience. To make sure we can fulfill our commitment, we reserve the right to cancel or relocate a reservation, due a matter of extreme urgency related to the property or facilities, in order to ensure our guests and staff safety, comfort and integrity.

  • The amounts charged as cancellation penalties will not be considered as credit for future accommodations.

     Do you allow children?  We welcome children 12 years and older. Please pay close attention to this policy: If you ignore or decide to disregard this policy and arrive with a child under 12 years of age, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

Do you provide transportation from the airport?

We can provide you transportation service from the airport. Our fee is $35 USD.

Our private driver will wait for you at the meeting point for 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival of your flight. That is enough time for you to clear customs and claim your luggage.

Please, let us know if theres any changes with your flight itinerary before boarding so we can coordinate with the driver if necessary. In case of a no show in the 90 min frame after your scheduled landing, the service will be cancelled and fully charged.

In case you need to cancel your confirmed transportation service, 48 hours notice is required or the full charge for the service will be made.

What ID do I need at check in?

All foreign guests will be asked to show their passports. For Mexican guests, we require any kind of valid, official ID.
